Update to Appendix 3 Surgical scrubbing: surgical hand preparation technique using antimicrobial soap - step by step images.

‘Appendix 3 of the NIPCM – surgical scrubbing has been updated to state:
- that the minimum time required for steps 3-8 is 2 minutes;
- that hands should be rinsed between steps 8 and 9; and
- to highlight that nails should be cleaned before the first scrub of the day or if visibly dirty.
Minor changes to the text have also been made for clarity.
